While each book in The Moon Touched Chronicles follow a different couple, they should be read in order due to the story arc.

Do I need to read The Moon Touched Chronicles before reading The Sun Kissed Scrolls?

The Moon Touched Chronicles and The Sun Kissed Scrolls are sister series that take place in the same world.  While I do recommend that you read both series, it is possible to jump straight into The Sun Kissed Scrolls (thought there will be spoilers from the previous series).  If you plan to read both, my recommended reading order is:
